Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

NOTE: Please Send All Your Order Cancellation Notifications to our Facebook Messenger. We have a lot of emails and we may not respond to your order cancellation in the first 24 hours if you notify via email. 

Exchanges 

We may be able to exchange your item at no cost or at extra cost within 15 days of receiving your item. After 15 days, you may exchange your item at half price of the original price of the item. 

You may also cancel your order if you'd like to avoid returns, however, returns here are easy!

Returns

If you would like to cancel an item within 12 hours of purchase, please chat us up via the live chat or dm us on any of our social media and we will cancel it 100% free of charge. If your order has already been processed, we might not be able to guarantee a return even if you contacted us within that time frame, rest assure however, nothing spoilt. In that case, we will most likely require you to follow our hassle-free standard return procedure. Please see the return instructions below:

You may return your item for any reason within 15 days of receiving it. Please follow these simple steps to return the item:

Please do contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

When returning items, customers will have to take care of the return shipping fee by themselves. We will provide free shipping for your order, but we will not be able to take care of a return shipping. I hope you understand :) Hopefully you will love your hair and wouldn't need to return. However, if you need to, it's really simple! 

Returning Defective Items

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below. Please follow these simple procedures if you'd like for us to be able to refund your item with no issues. 

  • Please contact us with your complaint within 15 days of receiving your order and let us know if you'd like a refund or a replacement. 
  • We will review the request, if we need more information we will request for it. After which we will refund you. You may be asked to return the product.
  • Just send the item back to our return address that will be provide you and once we receive the item, you will receive a 100% refund. 

Where Do I Send Returns?

Items on Sale

Please note that items gotten on sale are not eligible for returns. Rest assure that this does not impact their quality. This is to reduce hassle as we get many orders during sales. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 day time frame. 

Extended Warranty

If you purchased our Extended Warranty program and you have an issue with your item, please contact us and tell us your issue with your product and send us a picture. Once we receive this information and review it, we ship you a brand new item 100% free of charge. 

Lost In Transit:

If you purchased shipping insurance before your checkout, we will send you a brand new item free of charge. For customers who didn't purchase shipping insurance and the shipment shows as delivered to the shipping address that was provided on your purchase, we will not be able to issue you a refund because the item was delivered to your requested address.
