Shipping Info

 Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Our goal is to deliver your lovely quality product as soon as possible no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Final delivery takes about 7-28 business days.
• A portion of our products are shipped from China and the US so shipping times may vary.
• Shipping Cost: We may ship your order for free especially if you are in our VIP group. Where this is not the case, you will see the cost during checkout or we will contact you to discuss shipping options. Rest assure we aim at the best for you :)
